Thursday HBR Loving You Series - The Female Deer Exercise by Thumper

The Female Deer Exercise is the best known women's exercise from Taoist Chi Kung. It cultivates sexual energy, improves physical vitality and mental alertness, improves sexual enjoyment, and reduces or eliminates many common women's ailments. It is simple to perform, takes only a few minutes, and is very pleasurable.
There are two steps to the exercise: 1) a breast massage and 2) a pelvic contraction called "holding firm," which is similar to a kegel exercise.
The Female Deer Exercise
Sit naked on a flat surface with your legs stretched out before you. Bend one leg and place the heel at the entrance of your vagina so that it presses firmly against your clitoris. If this is not comfortable, then place a hard ball there instead. The pressure should be consistently firm.
Now bring your other leg close to your body. Raise the foot of this leg and rest it on the calf of the leg already in position. Insert the toes of the first bent leg between the calf and thigh of the second bent leg. If this is too difficult, place the second leg in front of you. Sit as erect as you can without straining. You can use a small pillow under the buttocks to sit more comfortably.
1) The Breast Massage
Rub your hands together quickly in order to create as much heat as possible. Then place them over the breasts. Rub inwards with your hands and continue around your breasts in a circular motion. The hands travel together up the inside of the breasts toward the face, then outwards, downwards, inwards, and upwards again. Lightly chafe the skin in circular motions with the nipples at the center of the circle. Do not hold the breasts and move them. Skim the surface of the skin. Pause occasionally and rub your hands together to re-warm them.
Do a minimum of 36 circles and a maximum of 360 circles. A pleasant warm feeling may be experienced at the breasts and genitals. This is a very good sign. It shows that you are accumulating sexual energy.
The breast massage stage of the Female Deer Exercise stimulates the nerves of the nipples and breasts. This increases circulation, releases the hormones oxytocin and DHEA, , and increases neural development and blood and lymphatic circulation. It can increase both fullness and buoyancy of the bust by strengthening the suspensory ligaments and muscles, while increasing blood and lymphatic movement in the breasts.
2) Holding Firm
First, rest your hands in your lap. Form your hands into fists by encircling your thumbs in the other fingers. This activates a number of important acupressure points. Next, tighten the muscles of the vagina as though contracting it. Keep breathing in a deep, relaxed manner while holding the contraction as long as you comfortably can, and then relax.
Contract and relax these muscles as many times as you can without strain. The correct feeling is that you are trying to suck air up into your vaginal and anal openings. After about a month, the muscle contractions will be easy to maintain.
You may experience a pleasant feeling that flows from the genitals to the top of the head. This indicates that the sexual energy accumulated through this method is raising along the spine, feeding the entire glandular endocrine systems.
The vagina greatly benefits from the Female Deer Exercise. It becomes tighter, meatier, and more flexible. The exercise increases circulation in the sexual organs and energizes the pubic area.
Together, the two phases of the Female Deer Exercise spread sexual pleasure and energy throughout the body, increasing the potential for clitoral, vaginal, and whole-body orgasm. It is also excellent for bettering overall health and vitality

Thursdays R 4 Relaxing by Thumper

soooooooooooooo ok i don't have a person lined up to do this on the regular so i will be filling in for a while.
so one of my favorite things is a bubble bath.
And its not just the bath but the ritual of the bath. a bubble bath for me could be an day long event.
so here's how i spend my bath day.
In the morning before i wake up and i spend time cleaning my bathroom, and then i go to the dollar stores or walmart and i look for a unique scent...something that makes me feel yummy when i smell it ...something that makes me fill be smart ladies don't mix lots of scents thats a head ache waititng to happen...but find one that you like...sometimes i buy self flowers and cheesecake even a new book and candles....i love candles
so i have lots of plan tea lights and sport drink caps(hey frugal chic, sports drink lids like gatorade and power ade make perfect tiny candle holders) i have several fluffly towels that i use on bath day...we can't afford all great towels so we have a few and i get those down aned the fluffy yummy robe that i love on bath day... now depends on the mood ...minerals or bubbles, remember don't mix you wont get any bubles if you put minerals and salts in with a bubble mix...also call me freaky but i must shower before soaking....soaking is about relaxing not getting shower first...shave uses a face scrub and a body scrub...then i get out and rinse my tub... while my bath is now running i take time to condition my hair..oil my skin and even apply a face mask..i lite my candles and get my book....once the bath is suffiently bubbly i drop my rob and in i go(he cwb even got me a water proof toy that i sometimes use((hey don't act like you don't know)) anyway i generally stay in the tub soaking, reading or napping until when ever i am wrinkled or the water is cold or i drop my book in or nearly drown...which ever...i ususally stay in the tub as the water drains..then i run a leisurely shower to to remove the face mask and rinse my hair and remove the lingering bubbles
i spend a long time lotioning and detangling my hair then i normally slip in to comfy lounging clothes and curl up with my favorite hot tea(don't kill me jayha its still 50w) and a book...
so here is and extra treat at the end of this long post
home made body scrub
you need
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup honey
juice of one lemon
1 1/2 cup olive oil (the more space your scrubing the more oil you need)
1/2 tea spoon vanilla extract
mix all the above in small plastic bowl until kinda creamy
never use salt as it will dry the skin

well Drea Likes isn't dead but its on hiatus so what new way to spice things up have we found

who know i'd like seeing a group of chicks together but y'all this is hot ha ha
second guess what in our efforts to spice up the board we've got three new weekly articles coming for you
FOOD cuz you know i love food
and the posse loves food so umm yeah on tuesdays our very own alleycat aka alcira boxill will be giving us a new treat...either a reciepe or maybe a website to find something new and yummy

wednesday is for what else i mean what could you do with hump day...becca becca aka nee baby will bring us a position to discuss...or try or try then discuss

and a yet un-named person will bring us chi and harmony on thursdays....i mean after good food and great sex you need to relax before you tear into the weekend.....

So here's how you do it... while your guy is working it from behind, lean on one arm, reach behind and roll his boys in a circular motion. It depends on your man for the amount of pressure you should use.

wow so the mfpp crew hit the streets of vegas this passed weekend to celebrate laura's birthday and a fellow members wedding to themselves....need i say more...shyt i bet you wish i would but you know what happens in vegas...
any way now that we are back laura and i will be working on a tight schedule to get our stories out and into your hands...we had a great time bonding over our road trip(which we wont be doing again anytime soon thank you verymuch and at the least it wont be across four states and a DESERT) and have decided that we really are united in our desire to tell i know we don't blog as it is but we will be really mia for a while we are determined to make this partnership work and get our tales into your hands pronto
