Let's bring in the New Year toasting and licking new things.....,

Yes, I went there.....,
and btw Patrick, you know I would not forget you my friend.....
Be sure to apply softly to and take all the time you need with
to make use of our...
Toffee (Chocolate) Fondue

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups dark brown sugar
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- apple, sliced
- banana, sliced
- pear, sliced
- strawberries, sliced
Directions
- Melt the butter in a bowl over a pan of hot water, and add all the other ingredients except the vanilla.
- Stir until thick, then add vanilla.
- Place in a fondue pot to keep warm, and serve with pieces of fruit.
Use about ½ cup heavy cream, ¼ cup passion fruit juice, strained (about 4 passion fruits), 3 oz high-quality milk chocolate, chopped, 1 oz high-quality dark chocolate, chopped..., AND spice it up with about 2 Tbs apricot brandy......
In a small saucepan, combine cream and passion fruit juice. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in chopped chocolates and liqueur.
To serve at a later time, transfer the fondue to a covered container and chill.
When ready to serve, gently warm the fondue in the microwave or over a double boiler. Transfer to a fondue pot, or a container or body part that will get the job done.
Take care not to burn yourself or the fondue; if it thickens, (AND YOU KNOW WE LIKE THAT) it may be thinned with a little milk or cream.
I JUST HAD TO SAY THAT!!!!!
